Invis & Mortgage Intelligence helps people get into homes every day and believes it’s important to also do something to help those who do not have a home. Angels in the Night is an annual event that results after a year's worth of fundraising. Mortgage Brokers and lender partners in participating cities reach out to their local homeless shelters to identify the items most in demand. Those items are then purchased and personally delivered to the shelters on the second Tuesday in December each year. Since 2002, Angels in the Night volunteers has raised almost $4 million in cash and in-kind donations.

Mortgage Alliance has been committed to raising awareness and funds for cancer research since 2008. Since then, over $1.5M has been raised thanks to wonderful brokers, volunteers, support of sponsors and through cross Canada initiatives such as the Rally of Hope and MAC Ultimate challenges. The company continues to support the CCS mission by dedicating many corporate events to raise funds such as the national golf day and holiday gala.
